I've thought the same thing with regards to the analysts rating of "hold". If the stock isn't behaving the way it should, dump it and put your money to work on something else.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I'll try to come up with a new list of good picks. It might be Monday before I can find some I like since my recent picks have already climbed. BA might be good soon or at least I hope so since I own 100 shares in both my IRA and taxable accounts. I'm not sure it has finished its pullback yet though. Next year should be good for it.

Thanks for the post. I am trying to understand options trading. I have recently opened an investment account with etrade. Having made many errors in a month I am down 7% but I've learned a whole lot and I am determined. I have always picked the right stocks so far but I get scared in any downward movement and sell to early for the stock to mature. For example, I was in drys a couple days ago but I sold it at 103! I have no idea why. I just wanted to lock in measily gains I guess! I have a question for you. I really hope you would spend a little thought to answer. I know your not a financial advisor but you have more money than me so I think you must have more skill also. What stock or stocks would you predict to be bullish until March of 2008. You can email me thenatureboy@mac.com if you would like. I apprieciate the advise!
