When you click on "save target as" be sure "Save as type:" is Microsoft Excel Worksheet or Microsoft Excel Workbook.  The ending of the file needs to be ".xls".  If you haven't deleted the files that appear to be web pages yet, you can just change the ending to ".xls" instead of ".htm" or ".html".  
If that doesn't work I'll email all three to you this weekend.</description>
