I started a new free stock charts technical analysis blog named chart-analysis.com. I’ll admit it’s not such a clever name, but it’s meant to be fairly concise for my stock chart analysis. I plan to chart a few stocks or ETFs each week and highlight where I see patterns for support and resistance. I’ll still chart market indices here at MyTradersJournal.com each weekend, but want to keep my trade details separate from the short posts I’m writing for the new blog.
The main reason to keep them in different places is that I try to keep this site more focused on my approach with trading options and the new one will be only technical analysis without much more opinion outside of what the chart says with technical indicators and trend lines. I’m going to try to get a few stock charts posted each week and will get more up as time permits. MyTradersJournal.com will remain my main focus. I don’t think the two are mutually exclusive, but do think that the readers for a stock market charting blog might not want to read the rest of the option journal entries here.
If it sounds interesting, stop by add it as a favorite/bookmark and/or subscribe in an RSS Reader or subscribe by Email to get updates on days I post. I’ll take requests for stocks and ETFs to chart too. You can reach me at alex [AT] chart-analysis.com. I’ll try to get requests posted within 24 hours when possible.
